In 10 days my niece is turning 5. I’m making her birthday cake, which will have to be perfect (inner perfectionist). And i haven’t decided if i’m making strawberry chocolate chip cookies or if i’m making Macarons with chocolate ganache. I already feel the pressure, i’m going to have to do everything the night before or most of it. And i get very annoyed when people are in my way when i’m baking and that happens a lot in this house.
